I wish Inhofe had waited on endorsing Humphreys.

It sure is a little awkward now. I have no problem with party leaders supporting the candidate they think is best -- they SHOULD do that -- but if they (Inhofe, Watts, Cole) could re-evaluate their endorsement decisions I wonder if they wouldn't have held back or endorsed Coburn.

I wonder if Nickles will endorse . . .

Yes, it does make it awkward. I respect Inhofe and his decision, but he made it so quick. I am definitely voting for Coburn but will line up behind the eventual nominee when the time comes. God Bless Tom Coburn.

I think they would have backed Coburn -- at the time they endorsed, it didn't look like Dr. Coburn would run. This puts a whole new dimension in the race IMHO.

The reason for the early endorsement IMHO is they figured they had to get behind a candidate early because the RATs are pouring millions of dollars into this race to elect Carson. We needed a candidate like yesterday. With Dr. Coburn in the race, I wouldn't be surprised to see them pull back and say they have decided to endorse no one in the primary. Do not believe that the Corporation Commissioner could be Carson and may be why they endorsed.

Would like for Cong Istook to come out and support Dr. Coburn. Noticed that Cong Lucas and Sullivan have also not endoresed.

All of a sudden the Senate race has become exciting.
