They refused the Attorney General's request that they issue an injunction preventing further gay marriages to be conducted in San Francisco.

Nope -- I read it the first time, and I just went back and reread it. You addressed what would happen if life-partners got pregnant. You did not address how you would prevent couples from mis-representing their intentions to have children in order to get a license for full marriage.
