The KGB campaign to assault the U.S. and Europe by means of disinformation was more than just a few Cold War dirty tricks. The whole foreign policy of the Soviet-bloc states, indeed its whole economic and military might, revolved around the larger Soviet objective of destroying America from within through the use of lies. The Soviets saw disinformation as a vital tool in the dialectical advance of world Communism.

Thank you for posting. This is a very important piece. The whole antiwar movement was and is communist backed propaganda. And like Lenin said of the liberals, they were and are "useful idiots!" Semper Fi, Kelly

BTW I was interviewed on the Laura Ingraham radio show Tuesday and for those of you who didn't hear the show, I told Laura that I was with the 1st Battalion, 5th Marines in Viet Nam in 1969 & 1970. I walked point and had access to Marine Corps intelligence during those years and I can say unequivocally that there were no "mass atrocities" in Viet Nam. PERIOD! I also told Laura that Kerry was and is a bald faced liar! I understand that Kerry has since "backed off" those slanderous accusations. Semper Fi, Kelly

***". True or not, it is so extreme that few will believe"***
The way I deal with this 'problem' is by role reversal. Start with a known fact: The US has enemies, then I ask "Imagine the United States your arch enemy. What would YOU do?". The 'extreme' becomes 'plausible' rather quickly.

Thanks for speaking up! I'm tired of the propaganda going unchallenged!

BUMP
This article, and especially that one line, have stayed me since I first read it. It is so descriptive of this campaign cycle -- the useful idiot protesters, the useful idiot Xlintons; and not the least, that most productive of useful idiots, al-Q'erry.
I believe you can re-post it if you indicate in the headline that it's a re-post.
Apparently it didn't need excerpting?
