In other words you cannot verify what actully caused this injury, when it actually occurred, and who perpetrated it or whether, if it was caused by bombing whether it was collateral damage in connection with bombing a legitimate target.

Are you saying this is recent? What record of such recent bombing in Basra is there? This appears to be completely off the wall fabrication and propaganda. Admittedly there is much of that on Arab television. Truth is a Western concept.
