No what is inappropriate is exploiting the suffering of that child to try and make a (totally misguided by the way) political point. What is inappropriate is slandering our troops, who put themselves at risk to avoid harming civillians, by comparing them with actual terrorists who exist for the sole purpose of harming civillians. And while it isn't nearly as important as the prior points, what is inappropriate is barging in uninvited on conversations for the sole purpose of disrupting them.

Do you seriously think you are going to change anyone's mind with this type of behavior? If not why are you bothering?
