If you look at the article it references Rev 13:20 it only goes to 18 so there is no 20. Not in my bible New American Standard.

His mother, Mary, provided half of the chromosomes. Who provided the other half? Was he conceived as you and I were, with the union of egg and sperm cell?

Not only that, there are a variety of skin tone, hair and eye colors in the middle east. Look at Benjamin Netnyaho(?) he is really white, then that guy who worked for saddam red hair and blue eyes. Not all middle easterners are dark, most but not all. Jesus was a Jew from the middle east. He probably was dark but who cares thats not the point of His life, death and resurrection.

I have a picture of the Virgin Mary holding the baby Jesus on my wall at work. The Virgin is portrayed as a young, pretty, dark haired American Indian.

I particularly like the photo because it reminds me that Christianity, unlike so many other religions, is not and never was a tribal religion. It is a religion for all people everywhere.

When was 5n the 7th grade we had a spanish teacher try to pull this on me when talking about easter....

She said Jesus was black, I said he was not

Her automatic responces was that I thought he was white, I laughed and pointed out he probably looked alot like an Arab (Black hair, Dark eyes, olive skin)... She was shut up not because I proved my point but because she assumed whites thought jesus was blond/blue. This stupidity takes away from him if they want to see a Black Jesus than belive it, if you want to think he was white go ahead it matters not..
