That’s on top of his Senate testimony, in which Kerry claimed – without citing any evidence -- that on a daily basis, and with the assent of their superiors, soldiers "raped, cut off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from portable telephones to human genitals and turned up the power, cut off limbs, blown up bodies [sic], randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in fashion reminiscent of Genghis Khan, shot cattle and dogs for fun, poisoned food stocks, and generally ravaged the countryside" of South Vietnam.

Wrong. Kerry cited and highlighted the "Winter Soldier Investigation", wherein named individuals testified to specific and gruesome crimes. Senator Mark Hatfield wanted an investigation done, and supposedly an inquiry by the Naval Investigative Service debunked the WSI.

Wow, this is a GREAT post, but one little correction: what I've heard a lot of the idiots saying is that he was wearing a military uniform. IIRC, even John F-ing Kerry called it that. Some war hero: he can't even tell the difference between a military uniform and a flight suit.

John, HELLOooo...of COURSE he was wearing a flight suit! He flew the PLANE in. Plane...flight suit...flight suit....plane....get it John? What SHOULD he have worn to make that spectacular tailhook landing that still has you so green with envy because YOU could never do such a thing John? Dockers? Your wet suit?
