Does everyone know a person with a ham radio? We have ham operators here in our community that participate in our emergency ops plan. Maybe we could set something up with a relay in case of internet or electrical problems. We could have their numbers posted for contact in case of an emegency.

Tech-Plus. I've got VHF and HF equipment and know morse code. [Texas] All of my stuff can operate from my car battery if the power goes out. There is another freeper here that is also a ham....
