I am familiar with the basic wording of Clinton being ineligible to run for President.

But I'm unable to follow a lot of the legal run on.

Is there a loop hole that will let him run for VP? Was this not covered in legalize?

If there IS (Is as in "it depends on what IS is") a loophole either of the Clintons' or their cronies will find it. However, at this time, my layman's understanding is that BILL Clinton cannot be VP because legally he is not eligible anymore to be President.

The VP must be eligible to be President.
