I know JP. But the timing is what catches my attention. All of that foreign aid (and our aid) money that Clinton enabled....I just keep thinking of the Blackmarket Nuke trail we recently uncovered.
If it was just the Haitian Civil Relations, I'm sure we would have followed up on that at a more convenient time. JMO.
