Yes, that seems quite obvious.

Even after nothing was found, the Coast Guard kept its presence up in the harbor channel and offshore, under the take-off routes from Honolulu International Airport.
The Coast Guard commander would not be interviewed about what happened even though nothing was found. He said they are confident that there is no threat to the port of Honolulu.

You don't think the Florida diver is anything?
The article said an autopsy revealed he had died under suspicious circumstances.
I would agree that the Florida incident could be anything, drugs, vendetta, who knows.

I think this bears repeating. We are losing the battle for the ECONOMY! Probably the major reason why they don't need to use nukes or even attack again, is the rate at which our economy is spiraling downward. "EOM" may be right, watch the price of gold (or more importantly silver). I fear our country is imploding! We are spending and have spent too much. Even Greenspan has began speaking publically regarding Social Security and even Freddie MAC and Fannie MAE - two much debt. All of these false alarms COST MONEY, raising the terror alert COSTS MONEY.
