Voted YES on deploying National Missile Defense ASAP.

And it's particularly weird, since Kerry came to the Senate as THE champion of the (idiotic) Nuclear Freeze Movement--which found any kind of US missile defense to be anathama:

LOL...that was my problem when I designed this "FlipFlop" 0cents stamp. So many things to list!
