These depressing poll results showing Bush and Kerry neck and neck are a lot easier to take knowing Ralphie is going to run! Great news on a Friday.

"an Implosion" is going to be a new definition for "Democrat" in the Dictionary.

Welcome to FreeRepublic.
This is such good news! Thank you so much Mr. Nader. The country needs you now more than ever, and we're all so pleased that you've stepped up to the plate. :p
I think we should all send Mr. Nader our thanks and donation checks, along with our suggestions for his running mate.

Only if Hildebeast was running in '04. He better lay low in '08 though.
I figure the way the RATs have been imploding this year, she would be the "anointed one" at their convention. If Ralph runs, she definitely won't run this year.

Here's one of my theories: Nader runs with Dean on his ticket. Not to be out done, Kerry/Edwards chooses Hillary as VP. The Democrat party splits, and GWB wins in a landslide- but Hillary becomes the figurehead of the Dems.
The other theory: Hillary sits all of this out, and watches, and then swoops in Dec 04 to be the new savior of the Democrat party.
Either scenario has Hillary coming out the winner, and the new leader of the Dems.

He won't get 5% this time around. He'll get more like 0.05%. Whatever helps is fine with me. Also, Nader got only 2.6% of the popular vote back in 2000 -- not 5%.
