The photographer who snapped John Kerry attending a 1971 anti-war rally says he and his photo agency intend to track down -- and possibly sue -- whoever doctored and circulated a photo that made it appear that the then 27-year-old Vietnam veteran was appearing alongside actress Jane Fonda.

Puuuulease. Its called freedom of speech. There would be TONS of lawsuits if people went to Freakingnews.com
I dont like the ethics behind that photo but its entirely within the law to do that to a photo.

Suing a parodyist for making a parody with your photo?I don't remember but I saw claims that the photo had a credit to AP associated with it. That might be actionable.
