Why not go down with a chicken or your cat and apply for a marriage license? Why not--what's the difference--demand equality under the law. How do they know your chicken or your cat are not consenting to the marriage--those bureaucrats don't know your loving pets as well as you do.

Even better how about 1 man going down with two women and applying for a marriage license ala "menage a troi". Well, that may be pushing things a bit too far. One better....go get married , then file suit as you "discover" it's illegal thus having saved yourself till marriage (LOL) you have been decieved , your not really married at all thus you were defrauded financially for publicity and profit only. Under California State law, police MUST take under arrest those arrested via citizens arresst.

However, more often than not, police refuse.

You need to get their badge numbers and videotape them refusing -- they either never refuse or remove their badges.
