Bush's Approval Rating Slips In New Hampshire More Voters Would Choose Kerry, Edwards

DURHAM, N.H. -- A new poll shows President George W. Bush's approval ratings in New Hampshire have fallen to their lowest levels since his election.

In a University of New Hampshire Granite State Poll conducted this week, 47 percent of New Hampshire adults said they approve of the job Bush is doing as president, 48 percent disapprove and 5 percent are neutral. That's down from a high of 71 percent in April and down 9 percentage points since October.

Looking ahead to the November election, 38 percent of likely voters said they would vote for Bush, and 53 percent said they would vote for Democrat John Kerry. In a matchup with Democrat John Edwards, 51 percent said they would vote for Edwards and 37 percent said they would vote for Bush.

Pollster Andrew Smith said Bush is in a tough spot, but the large number of Republicans in the state should pull his approval ratings up as the election approaches.

The telephone poll of 511 adults was conducted Feb. 4 through Feb. 12 and had a margin of error of plus or minus 4 percentage points.

Why do you think? They are EXTREMELY giddy that they confuse you. The mainstream media will BLAST and BLAST and BLAST that their candidate will solve everything, primarily starting with the economy or education. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TALK ABOUT THE WAR ON TERROR AND THE 'PEOPLE' THAT WANT TO KILL US ALL....They don't care about the war on terror. They TRULY don't care about jobs or EVEN education. AlL they care about is getting back into power, NO MATTER WHAT THE 'COST'. BUT, THEY HAVE ~40 MILLION VOTES for their 'candidate, whether it's George Washington or a reincarnated Ted Bundy or Hitler, or even a plant. Doesn't matter. They get ~40 MILLION VOTES. Even if it's for Satan himself. Nothing matters as much as getting President Bush out and their LOSER and losing the war on terror in.

2002 was a very good year for the GOP in New Hampshire.

Despite just about every poll to the contrary, John Sununu pulled out a win over Jeanne Shaheen for the Senate seat. We picked up the governorship by double digits. There's now a veto-proof Republican legislature sitting in Concord. We control all 4 seats the congressional delegation.

The Massachusetts influence is disturbing, but that didn't seem to stop what happened in 2002. Fact is, just about all those heavy hitters will be doing what they can to get Bush elected. This election will be fought in Rockingham County, and I think with the way things have been going, we can pull another win out again.
