What was the percentage turnout of Democrats that gave Kerry this "huge" victory? Funny how that figure is never cited.

Since anyone can vote in the Wisconsin primary, I don't think that statistic is possible. However, I read that 800,000 turned out last night. Don't know what percentage that is of overall population. 20% maybe?
