Geeeze kattracks. Are you trying to set a new posting record tonight?
Wonder what Princeton University was doing with the cash. (Maybe I'd rather not know. Seriously).

"The university has a lot of power," he said. "But it can't use assets for whatever it wants." Correct, but you can be damned sure that they will try.
Unbelievable, though, huh?
This underscores the true wealth of Theresa Heinz. Yes, her personal wealth is north of $600m. But her true wealth and power come from managing the Heinz billion dollar trust, giving money away year after year without much oversight or notice.

The danger of donor's intent being ignored... Think of how Henry Ford is rolling over in his grave what with the actions of the Ford Foundation communists.
Better to establish a donor advised fund at Donors Trust and then direct gifts to good right-of-center non-profits and deserving organizations.
Princeton should be ashamed of itself -- besides this treatment of such a donation, I'm thinking about Paul Krugman and Peter Singer among many other abominations.
