A day in the life of President Bush (photos): 2/17/04
yahoo.com, whitehouse.gov

Posted on 02/17/2004 7:31:25 PM PST by rintense

President Bush headed to Fort Polk, Louisiana today to spend some time with our some of America's finest soldiers. The President spoke of the continued war on terror, and how America will not back down when faced with terrorism. Bush also spent the morning in Tampa, Florida where he participated in a meeting with small business owners. Meanwhile, First Lady Laura was at Bentonville High School, in Bentonville, Arkansas today to promote teaching. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

Maine is a little out of my way...LOL.....I don't plan on buying anything...Im trying to save for all the home improvements that are needed....Before Mike was activated, we were about to get estimates for new siding and windows, I've put that off til Mike gets home...plus inside painting....Mike will be busy when he gets here.

Oh!
You really ARE "window" shopping, LOL.
Wish I had one of those midget bulldozers..
I would scoop up everything and put it outside..
put in new flooring and carpeting, and bring (most)of it all back in...
Gotta run..
Have a great day..see you tonight on The Dose!

Doing fine, MS B, thanks!

I'm leaving for my workout at the fitness center (which seems to be doing no good at all), and then off to class.

The smell of SPRING is in the air here today.......birds, sunshine..........though there's still a lot of snow on the ground.

I'm ready for the end of THIS winter!

How are YOU doing?

but otherwise just fine, thanks.
Beautiful day lots of sunshine..
Off to the Vets for doggie shots...

We're going up into the upper 40's by the weekend! We didn't even go above freezing for over a month, so this is going to feel like sunbathing weather!

IMO, sunshine makes the day fine regardless of the temps. We just get too many clouds here around the Great Lakes.........

Gorgeous pictures!

Did you catch Dean's sleaze remark in his "I'm still in the fight, just not the campaign" speech?

When he introduced his wife, he said she was an example of (paraphrasing) "a woman who doesn't just gaze lovingly into her husband's eyes, but remains dedicated to her career." Gimmeabreak! I guess Dims consider it a badge of honor to have an unhappy marriage.

Remains dedicated to her career but nothing ELSE!

***Mark my words, when the Bush/Cheney team fires up their campaign, you will see all these lies of the past several months confronted and exposed for what they are before the end of this coming summer.***

YES! They've certainly given him LOTS and LOTS of ammunition. All they have to do is pull out the recordings of the 'right' person. It will be a joy to watch!

***I have my own idea as to what thoughts are in Laura's head in this one..........***

Yeah, and her thoughts are NOT "Wonder how much he spent on Botox this month?" but more along the lines of, "Don't ever change a thing; I love you just the way you are."

Those are looks of love! Thanks for brightening the pictures up. Trouble is, now instead of unloading groceries, dog food, etc., etc., etc., I'm gonna be here gazing at these wonderful pictures--wait--that's what I had kids for--to unload groceries and stuff!
