I got a real chuckle out of a comment made by a yuppie Dean supporter out in Wisconsin quoted in tonight's 6 p.m. TV news.

"If Howard loses here today," said this breathless young Deaniac (who is sure he is going to be able to provide health care 'for all the country's children') I'm going right home and send him $100 to continue FROM MY FATHER'S CREDIT CARD!"

Wisconsin is full of whacked out left wing lunatics - but unfortunately for Dean there are not enough that are as lost as he is.

The vitriol he spewed against President Bush during the primary campaign showed that he is deserving of loads and loads of ridicule as he exits.

When GW comes to the podium as victor on election night I would like to hear him say, among other things: 1) Howard Dean is a disreputable, dishonorable small man who deserves no place in American politics and 2) I did not take the concession call from Sen. Kerry because I felt that the abuse of process, generally dismal manners and disrespect for the Presidency he exhibited during the campaign makes him unworthy of my time. Hasta la vista, Johnny!

I'm wondering how long before I spot some of this stuff at a garage sale.

Playpolitics.org founders Rob Davis and Adam Wirtzfield acknowledged that if Dean drops out of the race after Tuesday's primary in Wisconsin, they’ll probably have to shut down operations.

Davis and Wirtzfield have been paying about a half-dozen American workers in Minnesota $12 to $18 per hour — "a livable wage manufacturing job," according to Davis — to produce the Deanie Babies (search),

It's not a livable wage manufacturing job if you shut down operations and lay them all off after just a few months.

Playpolitics.org also produced about 25 Hou-Deanies — Dean as escape artist in chains

Dean all chained up. "Sure, Howard, it's a magic trick. No, no, we know you're sane, of course you are! What's the padding for? Umm . . . it's part of the trick . . . this is a great campaign move, trust us!"
