News Advisory:
This coming Saturday, Feb. 21, Michael Anthony Peroutka will officially announce that he is seeking the Presidential nomination of the Constitution Party. This event will take place from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Michael's Eighth Avenue banquet facility located at 7220 Grayburn Drive in Glen Burnie, Maryland. It is open to press coverage. Any press interested in attending, please contact John Lofton at the above phone numbers.
The themes of the Peroutka campaign are "God-Family-Republic." He believes, as George Washington did, that it is the duty of all nations to acknowledge God by obeying Him. He believes that true marriage is God-created, between a man and woman only and requires the approval of no government. And he wants to restore our original representative Constitutional Republic -- which was never a "democracy."
One of five children of Anthony and Elizabeth Peroutka, Michael has served as a law partner with his brother, Stephen, for the past eighteen years in the Pasadena, Maryland law firm of Peroutka and Peroutka, P.A. He has been active in pro-life issues and has assisted and founded many organizations including "The Institute on the Constitution" that seeks to educate Americans about their own history, heritage and form of government. It was his passion for learning about and restoring Constitutional government in his home state that led him to the Constitution Party and its dedication to principle over politics.
A graduate of Loyola College in Maryland and the University of Baltimore School of Law, Michael has been active in the Constitution Party for several years and currently serves as Chairman of the Constitution Party of Maryland.
Early in his professional career Michael found himself unwittingly involved in a vast criminal enterprise -- an experience which dramatically altered his life's work and helped to chart the path to his intended candidacy for public office. While employed at the United States Department of Health and Human Services as a young attorney, Michael realized that none of the programs on which he was working were authorized by the United States Constitution and were therefore unlawful.
Michael lives with his wife, Diane, and their children, Elizabeth, Patrick and Timothy in Millersville, Md. He is a Bible-believing Christian.

Will Bush solve the illegal immigration problem? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.
Will Bush solve the government spending problem? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.
Will Bush solve the campaign finance problem? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.
Will Bush solve the drug war problem? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.
Will Bush solve the nation's education problems? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.
Will Bush solve the so-called healthcare problems? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.
Will Bush solve the so-called environmental problems? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.
Will Bush solve the social security problems? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.
Will Bush solve the medicare problems? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.
Will Bush defend America from those bent on destroying her? You'd better bet your sweet bippy he will.
Will any of the Democrats defend America? Hell no they won't. They'd rather turn us over to the U.N. They'd surrender to the French Foreign Legion if given the chance.
Will Bush appoint conservative judges? Yup!
Will Kerry, Edwards, Clark, Hillary, et al, appoint conservative judges? Yeah, right. And hell will freeze over tomorrow.
Will Bush continue reducing taxes? Yup.
Will Kerry, Edwards, Clark, Hillary, et al, raise your taxes as soon as they possibly can if given the opportunity and continue raising them until hell freezes over? Yup.
Will Bush defend the right to life? Check
Will Bush defend marriage between a man a woman? Check
Will Bush defend the right to keep and bear arms? Check
Will Bush say no to Kyoto? Check.
Will Bush say no to a world court? Check.
Will Bush say no to the U.N.? Check.
Will Kerry, Edwards, Clark, Hillary, et al, remove our national sovereignty and subjugate America to world government? Just as quickly as they possibly can if given the opportunity.
Will any other person be elected to the Presidency in 2004 other than Bush (God willing) or a Democrat? Obviously not.
Doesn't make a lick of sense to me to allow the America hating, freedom hating Democrats back into power now that we've kicked them out.
Say yes to sovereignty for America and continued freedom for all Americans.
Say no to the RATS!!

Is Peroutka pronounced "(Ross) Perot-ka"?
Does he still plan on having a Clymer for his running mate?
To: jgrubbs
I like the Constitution Party.
I'd prefer to avoid a Kerry presidency, however. So I'm voting for Bush.
Why? Tagline sez it all.

Bush support the right to life, except when the doctor says its nescescary, or when your murdering the child for the crimes of his/her father.
Bush supports "civil unions" and was the first President to give federal benefits to same-sex partners.
Bush supports the ban on assault weapons and "gun control".

This is America. He can run if he likes.
He knows he can't win. You know he can't win. I know he can't win.
An exercise in futility.

And I can sleep at night knowing that I didn't vote for a candidate who is working to increase the size of the federal government and make "limited government" a lost dream.
