Man Accused Of Engaging In Oral Sex With Girl At Large

CINCINNATI -- A woman who said she witnessed a little girl engaging in oral sex with a man in a van on a local street said she saw horror in the face of the child.

Meanwhile, the man who allegedly sped off after witnesses caught the act remains at large.

According to police, the incident took place in a blue Dodge Caravan near 8445 Wiswell Ave. in Hartwell at about 3:15 p.m. Monday.

"She was afraid and did not like what she was doing," witness Pat Davis said. "She did not like it. I could see horror in her face."

Jeff Phillips happened to be walking toward Davis when she made her discovery, and took action when she told him what she saw.

"I looked in and I saw the little girl, and her face was down in his crotch," Phillips said. "I looked at him and he looked at me, and then I just hit the window."

Phillips said he couldn't help but take the situation personally.

"I have two daughters -- 11 and 8 -- and that's the first thing that came to my mind," he said. "That could have been one of my little girls."

Phillips described the alleged predator as a black man between the ages of 45 and 50, with a slim build and a thick mustache. The girl, estimated to be about 7 years old, also was black, had braided hair and wore a pink jacket, according to Phillips.

Yeah, the other article I saw danced around the details. This one is in-your-face. But I wanted to post it because this one explains the female witness' observations, which were sorely lacking in the other one. Unfortunately, her observations seemed to place from the gutter, so to speak.

According to their logic, it was for the good and health of the children, because they start to become sexual beings at that age.
