I guess I should change my MIS major and CompSci minor to something that will be useful in the future.

(Just my opinion, of course. Your mileage may vary. You have the right to be wrong.)

The U.S. is helping the rest of the world work its way into wealth. That is in all of our interests. And it isn't a zero-sum game. American productivity, again fostered largely by intelligent use of technology, remains the highest in the world. That's likely to ensure we stay wealthy. Have you thought of becoming a pastry chef? Build up your skills and you should be able to find a niche...somewhere...maybe.

I guess I should change my MIS major and CompSci minor to something that will be useful in the future. If I was in your position today, I would be seriously considering pharmacy school. There is a shortage of pharmacists and you have to be physically present to do the job.

I guess I should change my MIS major and CompSci minor to something that will be useful in the future. Keep the minor, switch your major to business, and follow up by getting an MBA. Somebody who knows something about computer science has to coordinate and supervise all the offshore work with the US business units, and this change shouldn't be too disruptive for you - most of the classes you've already taken will still count.
