"For the last several days I have seen Internet and tabloid rumors relating to me and Senator John Kerry. Because these stories were false, I assumed the media would ignore them. It seems that efforts to peddle these lies continue, so I feel compelled to address them. I have never had a relationship with Senator Kerry, and the rumors in the press are completely false. Whoever is spreading these rumors and allegations does not know me, but should know the pain they have caused me and my family. I am in Kenya with my fiance visiting his family, and we ask that the press respect our privacy and leave all of us alone."

Drudge has something on someone. IMHO, he wouldn't stick his neck out this far if he didn't have enough evidence to keep it from being Marie Antoinetted.

Yes you can change the contents of your profile. But you can't change the name. I just tried on mine. And members certainly cannot change the data on the date of the membership. From which we can conclde that 1) This account was indeed created on May 2003 2) The account owner is named Alexandra.

Plus here are some other details. I am a member of Friendster because the founder of the company is a friend of a friend. I got a referral in late 2003. Back then my circle only had around 10,000 members. This site is growing exponentially which means that in May 2003, its membership was miniscule.

So what are the chances that a woman named Alexandra had a membership in a tiny dot com site and right now the profile of this account is believed to be her, but is actually fake? I'd say close to none, unless there was really a "right wing conspiracy" to track down this now valuable account.

I'd still say that given all the evidence, this is Polier and the Rats also seem to believe it. And that's what's important. If they believe it, and we believe it, then although it may not be reality, it will be the appearance of reality and that's what counts.

There seems to be more twists to this story than Chubby Checker (lives about 2 miles from the Polier parents) could sing about.

The Polier's area newpapers carried a article which quoted a local reporter friend of two years, Daily Local News reporter Jessica M. McRorie, as saying,"The last time I talked to her she’d sent me an e-mail from Israel where she was honeymooning,".

Polier's mom works for a company near Valley Forge that does employee background investigations.

I disagree with letting this lie. If you do that, than that would set the tone for the whole campaign of not challenging Kerry on anything and let the media give him a pass and the GOP will regret it. Kerry has an awful reputation in Washington and the citenzenry better know about or the GOP will lose. Look what happened when Klinton was allowed to get away with so much due to acomplices in the press.
