Titan 4B rocket lifts off

A Titan 4B rocket has launched from Cape Canaveral carrying a surveillance satellite used to detect missile launches and nuclear explosions. The powerful booster lifted off into cloudy skies at 1:50 p.m. EST (1850 GMT). Check our status center for updates on the rocket's climb to orbit.
