U.S. military and Justice Department officials tell NBC News that a U.S. Army National Guardsman was taken into custody Thursday at Fort Lewis, Wash., and charged with attempting to pass intelligence information to the al-Qaida terrorist network.

The officials said that Anderson was caught up in a sting operation conducted jointly by the Army, the Justice Department and the FBI. Anderson, however, is currently being held and charged only by the Army. Anderson is a Muslim, officials said.

Seems prisoner anderson has trouble picking sides. Your picture shows him holding a Japanese scope on a British Enfield, and wearing a German Heer foraging cap...

Shoot him with bullets dipped in pig blood. And bury him with pigs.

Nah, save the bullets. Give him a trial first (of course) then just toss him in a cage with a bunch of hungry pigs. No sense in killing a bunch of good pigs just to bury him with them.

That soldier should be assigned to a check point, or street patrol-- unarmed!

did they say he was muslim, or just religous?

"Anderson is a Muslim, officials said."

Last sentance before the excerpt.

All from American enemies (at one point in time or another).

There's nothing "holy" about war. Bad vs. Good is timeless.

PRAYER IS POWERFUL.
May the good guys win and the bad guys....

"I am beginning to wonder about Washington State and the kooks who are here."

Two of the most powerful people and biggest supporters of muslim terrorists are Congresstraitor "Bahgdad" Jim McDermott and Senatortraitor Patty "Osama bin" Murray.

So we must kill him

That would show the muslim terrorists we are serious.

The administration refuses to do that.

It makes me want to go puke. Great Americans like SSG Ramey are killed and these little scum suckers get to live in a nice air conditioned/heated cell for years while lawyers get rich arguing the cases.

My father-in-law was in Korea from 1948 to 1950 and saw instant military justice. One spy was tried on one day and shot the next. He has 8mm movies of the firing squad. A few more like that and this crap would come to quick end.

Daniel Pipes says the US will only learn through "Education by Murder."

The administration WILL NOT ACT until we are hit hard (more dead than 9/11).

There's also the troubling case of the based-on fact story of the 24th Infantry Division's "Sgt. Paul Ryker", who may have been an attempted intelligence penetration of the North Koreans, or may have been a desertion. The Army's answer was to try to get the NCO in question executed to save senior officers embarassment, which is not at all the way to gain the trust of subordinates.
