LOL! Well hi there! I am studying for the Wisconsin Bar Exam and I have been checked out for awhile. The test is the 24th-25th of this month.

I have been so sad for our president and the attacks he has been going through lately. Time to start praying! The demoncrats will stop at nothing this time I fear. I hope the campaign finds a way to remind this country of 9/11 without seeming like they are exploiting it. Who can forget how comforted we all were by his tears that day?

In case y'all missed it, as did I, "Spain's Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar, center, receives a standing ovation as he prepares to address a joint session of congress on Capitol Hill Wednesday, Feb. 4"

Aznar has been such a steady friend to America. Makes me want to visit Spain for a vacation soon!

We've been praying, a lot. This election is going to be dirtier than the last one. I can't stress to everyone enough the need to pray for the President's safety.

Keep on studying!! You're SO CLOSE!!! How do you like life in Wisconsin??

I'm just about ready to turn off the TV, radio, and PC until after the election. The nonstop bashing of a truly decent human being and a fine leader are bad for my blood pressure and my stomach.
Thanks for the warm, comfortable room where the conversation is pleasant.

I'm there with you. I get almost all my news from the Internet. The silence is golden. It's a good, a wonderful, thing to be able to filter out the clamor, cull the truth, exclude the pathetic, nasty newsmongers. I remind myself how much the media types -- who lack a character -- are in it for the money and how that drives their judgment (off the cliff mostly). I thank God continually for the likes of FR, with all the wonderful links to well-reported news.

I am freezing my butt off! Other than that, Wisconsin is all right I guess. Ask me this summer LOL! Studying for the bar sucks big time- I have had no time to keep up with politics, but it's still obvious how ugly it is. But Ketchupboy is going DOWN! He is NOT presidential material, and his crazy wife is not first lady material either!!! (OMG I can't wait to see what soundclips Karl Rove has on HER!)

Hey- does anyone know how to post an mp3 on here? I don't have a website to upload one to, but I want to upload a copy of the MP3 I have of W with his bullhorn that day in NYC talking to the firefighters.

I don't see the cooperation of other nations, which want to keep themselves safe, as a threat to us.

It's a good way to win wars if your allies are decent and committed to the cause.

Having let Hitler have his way for years, which one nation could have defeated him?

I can't stress to everyone enough the need to pray for the President's safety.

Now, please, let no one think I am allowing a spirit of fear into this discussion -- but we need to face the threat of terrorism in all its forms as we pray -- or that I am doing anything other than reporting on the burden of the Lord that He has been putting on me repeatedly and over time, when I write that one of the burdens God is giving me in prayer -- and again yesterday -- is that no one be allowed to infiltrate the president's Secret Service detail. I have felt the extremists are trying to get in by a number of means, including bribery. Just mention it in case anyone else wants to agree in prayer against such a scheme ever having a moment to breathe or come alive. JESUS IS LORD but our prayers move His hand!
