Vicente Fox raises eyebrows with his suggestion that over a decade or two NAFTA should evolve into something like the European Union, with open borders for not only goods and investment but also people.Great strides have been taken in that direction already!

Why isn't there enough tinfoil in the world? Because the Queen of England has it all, that's why!!

What do you expect from folks who put obscene profits ahead of the good of the Republic?
To: JohnnyZ
What else you got? Yeah, I thought so.
You "tin foil alert" morons are one-note wonders.

There is a world of difference between an internationalist and a globalist - but the author of this article doesn't get it.

A real eye-opener. Confirms a few things I had observed, unfortunately. Another icon shot down.
Thanks.

Sir Peregrine Worsthorne Well, I don't think he exists! Bertie and Wooster told me a fabulous story about Sir Peregrine, but I think they were pulling my leg. We were quite "under the weather" at the time!
Anyway, the story was all about how the Nation State had been mislaid by the chambermaid. Sir Peregrine got all huffy and said it simply had to be found, as he had a 3 o'clock appointment to have it cleaned. Anyway, Jeeves said he'd never even seen the nation state and wasn't quite sure if it even existed! Well, Bertie thought that was most amusing and he decided that even if the nation state had existed, now that it was mislaid, he wasn't going to miss it a bit. Then we all had some more sherry.

...to dull our senses to the reality of their socialist-internationalist trap, which, when sprung, would kill nationhood as well as free trade and free markets.Au contraire, mon ami. (A little French lingo there to show that I hold no prejudice against frogs.)
I think that he, rather succinctly and as indicated above, has it practically crystal clear.

I don't know where the strings are pulled from and we all know that believing in 'One Worlder Conspiricies' is insane and will bring down whole floods of derision from Rush Limbaugh ... but there is a reason we closed down the CIA and rendered it impotent over the last 20 years.
I recommend Rober Baer's books.
Today ... Islamists are coming in through our southern border.

Indeed Islamists are filtering through our borders North and South. Does anyone care?

You "tin foil alert" morons are one-note wonders.Keep whistling in the dark. It does wonders for one's morale.
Besides, no reason to issue a "tin foil" alert as you term it. The barn door is open, the horse has escaped. Before you know it you or your children will be living in a nation doing a good imitation of a third world country. Of course that makes it easier to fold it into the Orwellian United Nations. And wait till those kids see those tax bills!

Ah, P. G. Woodhouse.
I loved those stories.
However, Worsthorne was a livin' breathin' anti-American.

The only ones who care are the few of us that know about it. Obviously George Bush and our government don't care. The big question to my mind is why don't they care?
Bush has daughters that run around the nation and the planet. They could be killed in a terrorist attack just as easilly as you or I. But still we allow the influx of terrorists and we treat the Saudis with kid gloves. We bully Israel our only ally in the East. Why?
There can be only one reason. Money. You could say power but power in this brave new world is so nebulous that only money gives one any real control. Our leaders are selling out Western Civilization .... their own children .... for money.
FReepers love Bush because he went after Al Qaeda in Ashcanistan and deposed Sadam. Well great. He has put a blockage in the Islamists road to power. But it's far too little and will only slow them. The largest source of active flowing wealth on this planet, Saudi Arabia, is still free to fund a Wahabi Jihad against the West and nobody sucks up to the Saudis like the Bush family.
We will pull our forces out of Central Asia. Just watch. Either Bush will do it trying to make the Rats love him ... or Kerry will do it. And the whole thing will start all over again. Why aren't we willing to finish the job?
Because the Saudis own this country. Literally.

Maybe you can answer a question I have about those millions of ChiCom troops which in the '60s the John Birch Society claimed were massed over the Mexican border awaiting the signal to invade the United States.
What happened to them?
They must be getting a little long in the tooth by now.

Man, you totally have misread me. I enjoyed your post/thread/article. JohnnyZ and his ilk are threatened by anything that upsets their little brainwashed "minds", so they go around leaving their stupid "tin foil alerts" like so many bird droppings, and that's all they got.

I believe that, with the exception of a few presidents during the last century, most believed that socialism, especially socialism under the banner of say, the United Nations, would be good for all mankind.
They were misguided in the extreme.
