From what I hear it is the Secret Service guys who will need protection from Teresa Heinz and her infamous temper.

That 120 day before the general clause is interesting. That must be new (or maybe the SS can waive it) because I remember in 1996, Pat Buchanan had a Secret Service detail during the GOP primaries.
Frankly, I was surprised to learn that the Democrat candidates don't have details yet.

I believe the threads started by these lib trolls should also go ZOT! Why is this one still here?

Only the Admins know. Actually, I've been getting some flack from Freepers who think they should be "given a chance." Ppfffffttt! They're trolls, they should go! In fact, I think that JimRob should start charging a sign-up fee, since Monday's "Moby" thread let us know that they WILL be spamming us. It's only going to get worse as the campaign progresses.

How dare you insult cute Mr. Ed by such an off-base comparison. john kerry looks like what he is -- a monster; a gargoyle, etc.

My understanding is that the President can provide protection for anyone he wants. After 9/11 SS protection was assigned to several top members of Bush's cabinet that previously didn't have it.

**Kerry Aides: Secret Service Discussions Beginning ('04 Fall Campaign)**
Premature!
He has too many skeletons in the closet to get the nomination.

Makes one wonder how he convinced two very wealthy women to marry him. What was in it for them? That is one question I am quite happy to never know the answer to. Just the thought of it makes me want to hurl!
