Some say that NBC has ALWAYS been with the terrorists.

GOLDEN OLDIE FROM THE INVASION OF BAGHDAD

Couric, representing NBC (and French interests):
"We (at NBC) all hope and pray that Saddam escaped harm, and hopefully fled to Syria."

That's a shame. A good reporter doing an excellent job, and the biased a*h*les at HQ get him fired. No wonder I don't watch NBC news programs - only sports on the major networks.

Wondered, where the Doc was. A pity -
His reports made one happy to be alive.

Arnot, by background and training is uniquely well suited to cover the war in the middle east.

Speaks fluent Arabic
Flight Instructor
Flight Surgeon.
Athletic enough to keep up with the troops.

Any unit apreciates having an extra doctor around.

What happens if NBC is wrong[?]" he wrote. "What happens if this is a historical mission that does succeed … that transforms the Middle East … that brings peace and security to America. What if NBC’s role was like that of much of the media in general … allowing the terrorists to fight their war on the American television screen, where their stories of death and destruction dominate rather than that of American heroes?"

Very brave of him.

HEY DR. BOB!

You did an outstanding job in Iraq. Call Fox News. They can use a few good people like you.

Mr. Shapiro added that the Center for Media and Public Affairs found NBC News to be the most balanced among the networks.

Doesn't mean you're "fair and balanced." More of an inditement of news in general.

NBC did the same thing with the "Scud Stud" reporter in Iraq War I. I don't remember his name, but he became very popular to the viewers. Shortly after the war ended, he disappeared from NBC--fired.

Maybe FoxNews will take Dr. Bob on as a contributor. Dr. Bob is very watchable with interesting and not-too-biased reports.

What a sorry day for so-called "mainstream journalism". We're rapidly approaching the point where anyone who doesn't toe the company/party line 100% won't be welcome in any news organization.
