If you get a chance, be sure to read the book "All the Trouble in The World" by P.J. O'Rourke. It has a whole chapter on Haiti, including a great summary of their political history.
This was one of Clinton's "wins" wasn't it ?
Ah! That Clinton "legacy" just keeps on giving--
Yes, he marched right in there, threw out a pro-western government and installed a Marxist. I guess the Haitians haven't learned to appreciate their fantastic good fortune.

Its the hypocrisy, stupid. These Leftists don't believe their own garbage about the sanctity of the UN in international affairs, except if its to harm genuine American interests.

we all heard it and we all agree with you......but besides voting, contributing to political canidates, and calling into radio talk shows, what else could we do?
Conservatives, perhaps unfortunately, are law abiding...
Clintoon was and is a disaster, so is his so-called wife and their whole mob of mafia....
they are as dangerous today as ever, but now they got all that money in those hidden bank accounts offshore....
We did make progress in turning the state govts and the Congress more Republican, but nothing we did ever got the Toon jailed, as he should be......

We are always struck by the sheer arrogance of the assumption that whoever was President was somehow responsible for the E-Commerce boom (er... well bubble.)
