[history]
A photograph of Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts together with Jane Fonda at an anti-Vietnam war rally in 1970 in Pennsylvania has surfaced on the Internet, angering veterans who say his association with her 34 years ago is a slap in the faces of Vietnam War veterans.

Kerry's campaign has acknowledged it is real, so a side-by-side isn't necessary.
However, I'd like to have more photos with Fonda across a range of years while Kerry led the VVAW.

I think you need to research the subject a bit more in depth.
And you might want to clarify the "we" who need to be more "carefull".
I did not serve in VietNam. I am only 45 years old.
The war in VietNam in the 1960s-1970s in no way compares to the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq today.
Unless you want to factor in the French connections. But if you want to include them, then you have a good grasp of what happened, and would not have posted that "we" and "carefull" tripe, would you?
Troll alert?

I just posted the name of a film that may have footage of Fonda and Kerry at events together. Lightning could strike again.
As someone else pointed out, it matters more that it is seen than credit is given to this site. If we had commercial links the added traffic would mean more.

Yep, I've seen it, but I want a side by side with him and Hanoi Jane.I'll bet the vets or Republicans are holding onto those pictures until we find out if he's the candidate we have to utterly destroy.
THEN we'll see the real beauty of it all.

The whole team was working their butts off to find stuff that day. I started looking, but stuff came up and had to leave. At a minimum, FR should get credit.

Jane Fonda was/is a communist.
The communists were the enemy in Vietnam,
therefore Jane Fonda was the enemy.
collary:
John Kerry collaborated with Jane Fonda (who collaborated with the enemy)
there John Kerry collaborated with the enemy.

There were two concurrent wars going on in 1970, the VN war, and the Cold War against the Soviet Union. Bush was a warrior in that other war. As an F-102 Delta Dagger pilot, he was trained and prepared to be thrown into that war, if it turned hot. Every time he took off in the notorious F-102 "widow maker," he risked his life in a very tangible way. The jet was atrociously unstable, and about 1/4 of all of them built crashed, killing a great number of F-102 pilots.
You didn't have to go to Viet Nam to risk your life in 1970, defending America. Flying an F-102 also qualified.

From: POW-MIA InterNetwork
Date: June 29, 2003
"As a rising star with Vietnam Veterans Against the War, Kerry attended a February 1971 seminar bankrolled by Fonda, who was the group's most prominent booster.
Last December, former POW Michael Benges told the Washington Times that retired Gen. George S. Patton III lumped Kerry in with Fonda and Clark, complaining that they had all "given aid and comfort to the enemy."
Even the most famous POW of all, Sen. John McCain, later revealed that his North Vietnamese captors used reports about the Kerry-led protest to taunt him and his fellow prisoners."

Beyond Miss Fonda being a communist and visting the communists was her posing on an enemy antiaircraft gun during a time of war. That is treason plain and simple.
Aid and comfort to the enemy.
