A co-worker of mine once contemplated getting a Newfie. We both read through the description of the breed, and it mentioned that a Newfie ate three pounds of food per day. So I told him that translates into three pounds of doggie doo in his yard each day.
He didn't get the Newfie.

As a very proud owner of a Newfie with Pouchcove bloodlines as well as a Golden Retriever, I am thrilled that the beautiful Josh won the Westminister Dog Show Best in Show. He certainly deserved it!
