We have heard enough about the phony issue of Dubya's service in the Guard. It is a non-issue. But we won't take this lying down.
It is time for us to create the definitive set of talking points about John Kerry and hit the airwaves with why this anti-war maggot should not be the commander in chief.
Please give an area in which we can attack him and provide appropriate links. It will be good to have them all on one thread.
Among the things we need to discuss are the association with Hanoi Jane, the trashing of someone else's medals, the phony witnesses who testified before Congress, the vote against the first Gulf War, and his claims that our troops committed war crimes.
Okay, folks, let's get to work and answer their attacks with our own barrage.
TOPICS: Culture/Society; Foreign Affairs; Government; News/Current Events; Politics/Elections
KEYWORDS: 2004; antiwar; janefonda; kerry; throwawaymedals; voteagainstweapons

I think the Dems should concentrate their entire campaign on President Bush's service record, and keep it up for the next nine months, so voters will get a full taste of Kerry as a preening bully who only stops polishing his medals long enough to lead his mob of graying flower children in a nostalgic chant of "Ho Ho Ho Chi Minh, N-L-F Is Gonna Win!"

doug, I normally agree with you, but we need to be patient and let John Effin win the nomination and then pull out all the stops to expose the s.o.b. for what he is. There is plenty of time to introduce the real rat scum to the country. His life history will unfold before everyone's eyes and he'll be running from his shadow while continuing his "I have a scream" speeches. I can hardly wait.

I'm a Democrat and I'm embarrassed at what Kerry did with this ridiculous "AWOL" story and even more embarrassing are the liberal bloggers going stark raving mad over it. I'm appalled that Kerry raised this issue personally.

I think the association with Fonda, by itself, should scare people to death at this time when real enemies threaten us every single day.
John Kerry has proven he is not fit to lead this country and certainly morally disqualified from commanding our armed forces. War hero, my a$$ !!!!

I don't know how to post pictures very well, but if you go to IMDB.com and search for the French actor Gérard Depardieu picture, then put it next to a picture of John "Effing" Kerry, they are on-in-the-same person. The only thing is that Depardieu had an extreme makeover to become Kerry.
Wonder if he ever got his "Green Card"?

This isn't hard.
Bush finished his service and went to get his Masters at Harvard Business School.
Kerry finished his service and led a capitulation movement in *my* country.
I applaude Bush, and decry Kerry.

Bush went to Yale.
Unlike John Kerry he didn't ask to be discharge from active service 6 months early during a time of war! Bush served with honor and dignity and made up his Excused time.
Perhaps one should ask Rear Admiral Walter F Schech, Jr. why he gave Kerry his early discharge?

Maybe another angle I posted on other thread:
POINT 1: I for one want to say that Kerry served in Viet Nam and received an honorable discharge. We should thank him for his service.
POINT 2: Since his service he has shown poor leadership, denouncing his fellow service members, associating with Viet Nam Veterans Against the War, etc. As Senator, he showed bad judgement in his votes to not strengthen the military.
I believe that his combat experience has caused him problems, harming him MENTALLY. As a Compassionate Conservative I truly believe he deserves a medical disability with a compassionate payment of around $500.00 per month. Of course he cant serve as President or Senator with this disability, so he does need to be removed from his current office. This would be for his own good.
Again, I commend him for his service. I just cant believe that he got so efd up! (efen Kerry lingo)

I don't get why the press can criticize Bush for leaving the Air National Guard 6 months early to work on someone's political campaign when they ignore the fact that John Kerry asked to be released from duty 6 months early so HE could run for office.
