What is the meaning of Federal land exactly? How is it justified? Nationalization by the back door? If you do not comply, you lose your business or we take it?
I find it hard to see individuals labeled as criminals for grazing productive cows around while government doctrine and legalese seems to have the upper hand. Is this a case of "Give me liberty or give me death?"
I do not see anything harmful or illegal that this man is doing. Cue me in, Feds.

What is the meaning of Federal land exactly? How is it justified?One theory once bandied about is that it will one day be used as compensation for debts owed to foreign governments. Pretty conspiratorial, but anything's possible.
