unfortualtely, how many Freepers have fallen for Moby's tactics. I have actually seen numerous posts here saying that maybe Kerry would be better.

If voters are really that stupid and have no interest in learning about the issues then Moby's silly stunt is the least of our COUNTRY'S problems. Those who have an IQ above room temperature should be fine. Those who don't and can be swayed by a friggin FR post, are a lost cause as it is.

The interesting question to me is whether Kerry's archbishop, Sean O'Malley, will refuse him communion before the election. Last year, Bishop O'Malley said,
"I will not vote for any politician who will promote abortion or the culture of death, no matter how appealing the rest of his or her program might be. They are wolves in sheep’s garments, the K.K.K. without the sheets, and sadly enough, they don’t even know it.
It's a shame that he didn't do this before Kerry ascended to his current position. The media will now be able to criticize the bishop for targeting Kerry personally.

"No one's talking about how to keep the other side home on Election Day," Moby tells us. "It's a lot easier than you think and it doesn't cost that much. This election can be won by 200,000 votes."

If the DNC is taking the advice of a drug-sotted lamebrain rock "musician" (I must use the term very loosely, since true musicians may be offended by being placed into the same class as this goofball), more power to them!

The DemocRat party needs to be associated more and more with this ilk. It must be solidly identified with the side of the culture war that engenders bending genders, espouses same-sex spouses, redefines traditional morality into a quid quo pro morass, and believes a government-financed uterine evacuator is a necessary appliance required for every modern livingroom.

Start the purge there.

Happy Thermidor to you too, Mr. Robespierre.

What actions of Moby's, or actions he has proposed would be actionable and bring him into a court of law?

I always get confused between slander and libel. No doubt, our President has real business to deal with, and this seditious little punk will get a free pass.

When I first saw the title, I thought you were talking about Michael Moore, Moby Dick's twin brother.

There are four kinds of people on the internet. Right wing fanatics who will vote for Hitlerm left wing fanatics who will vote for anyone with a "d" after their name, moderates who think for themselves and "surfers" who don't care about politics. AndErgo, gossip on the internet is not going to change any votes. Whatever is written on the internet will believed by those who already believe it.

I would think that one could have been written by Moby himself, but I doubt that he is that literate.

No blood, no report!

Speaking of reports, I have not seen the moderated thread report in a while. I liked checking that out! Have I just missed it or was it discontinued?
