FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
FALLUJAH RESIDENTS' DRINKING WATER, HABBANIYAH HEALTH CENTER TO IMPROVE
AR RAMADI, Iraq - The Al Kharma Water Department is taking steps to improve the drinking water for approximately 2,000 residents residing five kilometers north of Fallujah.
The Al Kharma Water Department decided today to transport clean water to its residents and build a water pumping station for the village. Once the pumping station is operational, water transportation will cease. Presently, residents drink water directly from the Euphrates River.
Civil affairs soldiers with the 3rd Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division will assist the Al Kharma Water Department with the water delivery and pumping station construction.
The Habbaniyah health center is scheduled to receive funding to improve its sanitation system. The project will eliminate potential health risks to staff and patients. Civil affairs personnel with 1st Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division paid $2,000 in Commander's Emergency Relief Program funds to facilitate the effort. The people of Al Anbar and the 82nd Airborne Division are committed to making infrastructure improvements and securing a successful future for the citizens of Iraq.

Fallujah?! What other army in the world would try to improve the drinking water of the people who support the enemy? Most armies would poison it!

The easiest way to end the resistance is to blockade these cities from getting food and water supplies like in Basra and Umm-Qusar at the beginning of the war. However, the only drawback would be the killing of thousands of innocents to get the insurgents.

That $2000 is money well spent.
It will work on the minds of all, and minds filled with hate cannot avoid the goodness in it.
