Watch The Factor tonight. O' Reilly's GOING TO BE HOT ABOUT THE MURDER OF LITTLE CARLIE. He wants to slap the Judge. Who doesn't??? No word yet about his political affiliations. I haven't had time to google. Frankly, I don't care if he's GOP or DNC. Fla. judges are BAD, BAD, BAD and used to doing things their way which is DEVOID OF COMMON SENSE. The system is broken per O' Reilly. I agree... Please tell the Fox Fans, nutmeg.

I had a bad feeling when I was watching Greta talk about this last night. When they mentioned that DNA evidence had been found in the car my stomach sank.
Prayers for her family and friends.

JUDGE GREER, JUDGE BAIRD, JUDGE DEMERS, 2ND DCA ALTENBERN AND JUDGE RAPKIN, send them to the Hall of Shame. They make me ashamed to be from Florida and I'm no Dixie Chick. I sick of this

This is the reason we have the death penalty, folks. So that sick bastards like this can be removed from the gene pool.
May she rest in peace in the loving arms of our lord and may God's grace be drenched upon those she left behind.

smith boy is in protective custody so nobody harms him. At Fort Manatee or Port Manatee (couldn't hear location of perp). The Prayer service just started "A Community Mourns". The definition of community. Picture of this group of people here tonight who have demonstrated what it means to be a community. We've asked you to come here tonight because we wanted to offer this place as a place for you to begin a process of healing, grieving the loss of Carlie in our community..." Swedish proverb: ... a sorrow shared is half a sorrow...we want to gather to minimize the sorrow that we all feel." LARGE CROWD there.

Song at service: "If you could see me now." I think that's B.S. Not appropriate IMO. Community Bible Chapel holding a service, music background - sitar music... guy getting ready to sing a solo... synthesizer piano intro... "our prayers have all been answered. I'm finally allright. The healing... has now been realized."
I'm sorry but it's b.s. Those people should be screaming bloody murder to Gov. Bush and to Charlie Crist!!! As long as people act like sheeple, nothing will get changed. They'll probably forgive the murdered by the end of this service. I can't watch it. FV

Smith did NOT tell them. So killing him would not be a deal-breaker.
To: floriduh voter
He's still in local custody, right?
If he goes to trial and doesn't get a conviction of capital murder he will go to state prison and he will be put in general population and he will be killed by other inmates.
I sit in on parole hearings where inmates talk about their crimes including charges they incur in jail for what they do to sex offenders and those who harm children. If Smith is put in general population in state prison the likelihood of his survival is approximately nil.

I guess the tough Christians will have to handle this one too.

Local but at a Fort Manatee facility. Guess Judge Rafkin isn't at the service. The end of that song "If you could see her now." Yeah, no kidding. But, she's gone too soon... If you have Fox, watch O' Reilly on The Factor tonight. He's going to pop a major artery tonight. He's really ticked over this. I WISH JUDGE RAFKIN WOULD RESIGN and go away.

The affidavit states Carlie was to walk to her home a few blocks away. The distance between the 2 residences were 1.03 miles. Much further than a few blocks away. Bee Ridge Rd is a fairly busy road consisting of 2 lanes each way. Considering 6pm gets pretty dark and there were people drinking due to the Super Bowl, I know it isn't wise to be walking under those circumstances, especially for an 11 year old girl. Not blaming anyone, but just posting facts.

I can not find anyting on this Judge online. I shall endeavour to find out something in the local news and political outlets this weekend.

Smack me for being mean--but I have heard the school principal twice today, and he seems to really enjoy hearing himself talk.

What did you think about the principle sending in dogs to comfort the children? I never heard of such a thing, but it couldn't hurt...

Sometimes the Judges are in the American Bar Association or the Florida Bar News. Try that. They did a story on a Judge who was okay with starving Terri. Even searching newspaper archives will tell us about Harry M. who's afraid to go for a walk. That's his conscience bothering him. Oh, and some of the threatening phone calls too.
