Was EOM ever conclusively tracked to a particular geographic region. I seem to remember that EOM always posted through a proxy server.

Saudi Warns of Possible Car Bomb Attack in Riyadh RIYADH (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia said on Friday it had confirmed information that a car owned by a wanted militant has been packed with explosives to be used in what it called a criminal act in the capital Riyadh.
An Interior Ministry statement, carried by the official Saudi Press Agency, gave a description of the car and asked the public to be on alert and inform authorities if they had any information on the vehicle.
