SANAA, Yemen, Jan. 24 (UPI) -- A purported statement by al-Qaida in Yemen warned Saturday of a "major strike" soon in the United States.
The statement, distributed by the Yemeni Tagamoo Party for Reforms, said: "A major strike, a big event will take place in America soon," reminiscent of the Sept. 11 attacks.

This story just made me wonder about whether that ValuJet crash in Florida in 1996 was really caused by those oxygen tanks, or if it was, how do we know, that they weren't deliberately mislabeled and exploded. I noticed that crash happened a couple of months before the TWA 800 crash.
At that time nobody even considered the possibility of suicide jihadis.
===
ValuJet Airlines Flight 592 | May 11, 1996
This tragedy, which caused the deaths of all 110 people aboard, led to significant aviation policy changes, a 24-count criminal indictment against the airline's maintenance contractors, and, ultimately, the downfall of the carrier. The crash occurred in the swampy Florida Everglades shortly after the DC-9 took off from Miami International Airport en route to Atlanta. An uncontrolled fire broke out in the cargo hold and disabled the plane's electrical system. NTSB investigators determined that volatile oxygen-generating canisters incorrectly labeled as empty and illegally stowed by maintenance technicians in the jet's cargo hold exploded, unleashing an inferno. After ValuJet 592, all planes would be retrofitted with smoke detectors and fire-suppression equipment in cargo holds. Furthermore, the FAA enacted stricter rules regarding the transportation of hazardous materials by air and banned chemical oxygen canisters. Finally, it initiated a formal review of its own procedures for overseeing airlines' maintenance contractors.
TWA Flight 800 | July 17, 1996
Flight 800, a Boeing 747 flying to Paris from New York's JFK International Airport, plunged into the ocean off Long Island, New York, after a catastrophic break-up shortly after take-off. None of the 230 people aboard survived. With the Summer Olympics set to begin in Atlanta in two days, speculation of a terrorist bombing immediately arose. But after one of the most intricate inquiries in aviation history, which included the first full-scale re-creation of a downed aircraft from its debris, NTSB investigators ruled out terrorism. They focused instead on the aircraft's near-empty center fuel tank, where, they determined, an explosion of still unknown origin brought the plane down. The NTSB's recommendations focused on the flammability of the 747's fuel tank, including its potential ignition sources, design, and certification standards, and on the maintenance and aging of the aircraft's other systems, particularly wiring and fittings that could spark or overheat. Within two years of the crash, new fuel-management procedures were required for all 747s.

Oh yes indeed, I understand about everyone you love dying. I've got more family on the 'other side' than I do here.

"SNIP) Six months after the nation's worst blackout, experts say the electric grid is still vulnerable to widespread outages because many of the problems that contributed to the massive failure have not been resolved....."
And for an extra 50 bucks a month on your electric bill...We will pretend to fix it, but only make it more likely to be brought down from a single computer hacker.

There is also the truck that is being shown in those recent videos posted by Daeel. (the volcano) The way they kept showing it being prepaired made me think of a suicide car bomber.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/1077775/posts Anyone see an eerie parallel in this excerpt?
War Admiral = Bush
The "society" he refers to = ours today and especially if a Rat is elected!
Just something to think about. It really struck a chord when I read it, with everyone attacking the one man [Bush] who has tried to protect us so well...to their eventual destruction.

"but just for you wanaabe the next operation os going to be just as you like it i promise you , await and see !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! may god bless the mojahideen alaah akbaar daleel_almojahid"
Well he is confirming my thoughts about what I thought he meant by the surprise operation "Volcano" that he says is comming. It is probably against our military or the leadership in Iran. The military needs to be on extreemly high alert, and be supicious to the max. Don't take any chances.

Accused U.S. Guardsman a Vocal Gun Proponent
SEATTLE (Reuters) - A U.S. National Guardsman accused of trying to help Islamic militant al Qaeda forces is a staunch gun advocate and was once arrested for approaching a school toting a rifle and a bayonet, local officials said on Friday.
----------
The guy is a total wacko, he thinks we are bigots and racists and hateful so he turns to a group of murderers instead!
Ryan Anderson, a tank crew member arrested on Thursday as his unit prepared to ship out to Iraq, broke no laws, but drew a swarm of police as he strode toward an Everett, Washington, elementary school in May 1998 on a break from his studies at Washington State University.
A day earlier, 15-year-old Kip Kinkel shot 25 fellow students, killing two, along with his parents in Springfield, Oregon.
"It looked very bad for somebody to be walking toward a school with a weapon, plus a military knife, dressed in a black trench coat and boots. We were concerned that he was going to go into that school," said Jan Jorgensen, spokeswoman for the Snohomish County Sheriff.
Anderson told deputies he was going to visit a friend's house and was released, Jorgensen said.
After a recent sting operation, Anderson was arrested at his home in Lynnwood, Washington, on suspicion of trying to pass military secrets to al Qaeda. He is now in a military prison at Fort Lewis, near Tacoma, Washington, where his Guard unit is based.
U.S. officials have blamed al Qaeda for the Sept. 11, 2001, hijack attacks on U.S. cities and for attacking other American facilities around the world, as well as some recent attacks on U.S. forces in Iraq.
In response to a barrage of media inquiries, Anderson's family on Friday released a statement to local media saying they were "stunned" and asked for privacy while the military and civilian prosecution unfolds.
In several letters between 1999 and 2002 to his hometown paper, the Everett Herald, Anderson discussed his conversion to Islam and his strong support of gun ownership, saying he would rather die than have his freedoms taken away.
"If you don't support that, get the heck out of my country and go somewhere that suits your tastes better," Anderson wrote in one letter.
Muslims, he wrote, were "hurting," but uniformly kind, patient, courteous, and understanding. "On the other hand, I have experienced bigotry, hatred and mindless rage from so-called 'educated thinkers' here in the U.S."
He had joined the military out of strong feelings of patriotism and to fight for his country, its ideals and its "unabridged Constitution," Anderson wrote.
Anderson worried other local Muslims with his fiery rhetoric and repeated offers to teach them to use guns, local media reported.

If Eom is real then is whole purpose in posting was one of dis-information and fear. So his posts are about meaningless in any case. Daeel is different case. His posting has always provided few specifics so it is hard to pin him down. From what others are saying his information is probably mostly comming from the forums. The way I figure it...He still may find something even there that we do not know about. So I keep an eye on him at least.

Do you remember not to long ago there was a threat about cutting off the communication in our military? Something like the soldiers in Iraw would be cut off from maybe centcom? Who made that threat? Wonder if the guy they just arrested had anything to do with that?
