Shame on MTV and Tom Freston and Judy McGrath who are responsible for MTVs programming. I'm writing them today.

Well this is one way to get the funding for the increase of the NEA of the front page, JJ and JT take a hit for the home team.
Wonder if this was supported in part by the NEA?

You are so right and it is sickening. The players made it a great game and who is paying attention to them. Again the lowest common denominator, the slimiest part of our culture triumphs. what are we, what have we become?

Everbody is missing the big picture. While everybody is outraged over Janet's boob, nobody seems to be complaining about the rapper grabbing his crotch or the rest of the trash.
Most of the show was trash! Not just the boob show.
So, when you write, call or email them, please complain about the rest of the show too.

Maybe the eternal teenagers who run MTV/Viacom lack insight into grown-ups.
Grown up men don't watch soft-core porn/whores with their mothers, wives, and children in the room. Talk about more money than brains...

Now, now, now, after Viacom finishes the edit, the 'boob flopped around the world' will never have happened. Remember what wonders they did with the video of Hillary being 'cheered' at the firemen fundraiser in NY.

Hey, the whole was like staring into a toilet. Do we really need to get concerned about the particulars?

No, everyone is missing the really really really big picture. And that's that the place this was held in is a monster taxpayer ripoff. Reliant Stadium never should have been built unless the people making money off of it coulf afford to build it themselves. Just like the STUPID STUPID STUPID choo-choo train that never should have been built either using taxpayer money.
A little work, a little paint and the Astrodome could have been remodeled for peanuts. But NOOOOO! Bob Lanier and the rest of the gang that has been "strip-mining" Houston for decades just HAD to have more money.

Ok, so even if it malfunctioned (which I doubt), I am left wondering why it is considered family entertainment to have a guy rip the shirt off (leaving the bra on) of a woman? Is that what I want my boys to learn? It is ok to just partially rip the shirt off a woman?

Remind the NFL that we want to see some replays of the first half. What went wrong, why so and so isnt able to do what got them to the big game. We want to see the experts tell us what to look for from each team to change things.
Its suppose to be about football not the crappy debachery hafltime show I saw yesterday.

Everyone should show
a little common sense. Hey!
It was just a breast!
Remember Elaine's
nipple?! So what! Girls got breasts!
Sending mail on this
makes conservatives
just look like knee-jerk loonies
who act exactly
as advertising
and media scum predict
and exploit... Don't bite.

IMHO, this is what the final step in network television. ABCCBSNBC all has to share the responsibility for what happened Sunday. Look at the nightly lineups. Filth, trash, and sophomoric humor litter the airwaves. What we witnessed at halftime was the logical progression into deprivaty. The trash served up nightly is bad enough. Now this. Let's all hope that this entire haltime debacle starts a return to better television. ALL involved in this are responsible. I believe this is part of the bigger picture.

Again, it's hilarious that people would consume hours of ritualized violence in the form of the Super Bowl, and then get bent out of shape when a *breast* is shown on teevee! I can't believe how quickly our society is descending!

I'm guessing that behind closed doors, all parties involved are thrilled with the pubilcity this has generated.
