Looking at the map remnids me that I have high hopes for Pennsylvania in November as well. How about out with Arlen, and in with those electoral votes?
Any of you from Penn have an opinion?

No, I am from Oregon and even Oregon is swinging to the right. Not enough to throw Ron Wyden out of the Senate, though. He's got lots of support in Portland.

No, I am from Oregon and even Oregon is swinging to the right. Why is Oregon shifting? Over taxed? Cultural stuff? I'm sure the dems have Oregon in the win column in permanent marker;)

Taxes. We do not have a sales tax, so the property tax and everything else is through the roof.
The legislature doesn't want to trim (long line of dimocrat governors) and now they have another bond issue on the ballot tomorrow.
We are all praying (and voting) that it gooes down.

Although I don't see them all. Maybe they're looking for that hidden sake.

"I think NM went dimocrat for Gore."
Gore carried NM in 2000 by exactly 366 votes. Bush will carry it in 2004 with 55%.
