It's OK when they do this garbage on MTV, I NEVER swtich to MTV with my 3 year old and newborn present.
But for the Super Bowl, you expect these people to have a bit of common sense. Luckly, we all missed this, since the half-time show was just too boring.

I hope you aren't a parent. A man ripping a woman's clothes off is not something I want my 10 and 12 year old boys seeing. They saw it, alright. Oh come on, it obvious porterville thinks ripping off a woman's clothes in front of children is acceptable, even something to be applauded. After all "it's for the children" is just an excuse to spoil all the fun the perverts are having. It's just a bare breast. It's art! No really! Forget the kids. Lie back and enjoy it!

Well, Josh Groban and Beyonce Knowles did show us what sophisticated, tasteful entertainment could have been like at this Super Bowl. It is a shame they were the only ones, and no one is talking about them. Seems like only sleaze gets the attention.

Naked Bodies!! Oh my God!!! My eyes!!! I going straight to hell now!!! NOoooooooo.... bad, naked....genitalia.... Holly cow!!! I'm just gonna die..I dont think that is the point. If your standards tell you that this was not a big deal, that is you.On the other hand there are those whose standard don't fall in the same line as yours. What is missing is the right to make a decision on whether a person wants to view this or not. That choice was not even given to the viewers.

Next awards show they'll have to come up with something even sicker to top it. Must generate those high ratings, you understand.

Still no answer.
Oh well, can't say I didn't try.
I'll put you down as a libertine with fascist tendencies manifested as a need to inflict garbage on those who have no desire to view it.

If that is supposed to be Timberlake, you missed the mark.

YOU'RE SO SOPHISTICATED! Clearly the issue here just boils down to whether we're pro- or anti-breast. Nothing more than that!
To: RayChuang88
It will also guarantee that we'll have a lot more tamer halftime shows at the Super Bowl from now on. No it won't.
1. Any publicity is good publicity as long as they spell your name right.
2. It is hard to misspell either CBS or MTV.
Get over it, breasts are part of the human anatomy.
To me the nipple ring was the unusual part. I have seen them before, but that style looks particularly uncomfortable, and when exposed very prone to snaging on something. Looked like something an aging whore would wear.

What kind of a question is that, to post to me? Is your intention to shock or offend? You clearly don't expect an answer to that, because you know the answer already. If your only intention is to inappropriately carry on Justin Timberlake's performance, here on the forum, then I ask that you post to someone else.

Beyonce Knowles did show us what sophisticated, tasteful entertainment could have been like at this Super Bowl.A putrid rendition of the National Anthem - as usual for major sporting events. It's the National Anthem and should not be disrespectfully "performed" as if it is the latest Top 40 release.

I couldn't help but note your constant infantile posts throughout this thread, as they are thrown in our faces like a Janet Jackson boob. You are either purposely trying to inflame or your immaturity is badly showing.
Grow up, Junior, or go over to the DU where you will find a lot of like-minded people.

Baby boomer, what is your question??? I don't hear anything except your screams about a woman's bare breast, please ask me a question, what is your question???The first question was , do you watch porn with your Mom and Dad?
The second question was, why do you feel the need to inflict garbage on families trying to watch a football game?
The bare breast thing is one you have fixated on in your mind, most likely because in your life you only view them from afar. I never mentioned it.
I spoke only of the need for the touch myself, expose myself, rape the girl, defile the flag crowd feels to inflict their garbage on families trying to watch a football game.
Clear enough for you?

Viacom owns both CBS and MTV. This was a planned cross-promotion from the beginnning to hype CBS's broadcast of next Sunday nights Grammy awards, featuring (Dave Barry is not making this up) Janet Jackson.
Tagliabue and the rest of the NFL are the only ones saying the right things in their apology that this won't happen again, they are outraged and angry over what happened, etc. I believe their story that they didn't know in advance, and if they had, it would have been stopped.
CBS and MTV are just lying to us now that the heat is on.
Regarding Kid Rock's wearing of the flag: I'm not so certain that was meant to be disrespectful, and I don't take it as such. Certainly, if he was wearing a Nazi or hammer and sicle flag, no one would be applauding him for desecrating the evil that it represented. Indeed, many would question why he was out promoting those philosophies by wrapping himself in their flag. Since 9/11, most athletic uniforms added US flags. He literally wrapped himself in the flag, he didn't wipe one of his body orifrices with it.
I've never seen anyone wear the colors that represent an institution with the purpose of insulting that institution. It's always meant as a compliment.

FINE THEM 1 MILLION DOLLARS and I'll bet it won't happen again.

The following are Viacom owned companies. A conservative parent's worst nightmare.
Remember Simon & Schuster who paid Hillary $8 million for her book & CBS did that lovely hatchet job on President Reagan with Mr. Streisand. |
It all makes sense. |

Well considering the words to the song say that I will have you naked before the end of this song, I think its pretty safe to assume that it was part of the act.
