NASCAR will not penalize driver Jimmy Spencer for a remark about the Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbor or his hope that Toyota's venture into truck racing will be a failure.

Do not know if we are disallowed from posting MSN stuff, so I excerpted this. Anyway, what's your opinion? Why should he be fined for saying Japan bombed Pearl Harbor? Or is the possible fine because he has unpopular thoughts?

Well, actually the Japanese did it, but G.W.'s father secretly provided WMDs (with the help of Haliburton) to Babylon for use in their war against Persia. I agree 100%, Imports not manufactured in the U.S.A. do not belong in NASCAR. Just because Toyotas are "assembled" here from imported parts, many misinformed people consider them American.
