You know what I wonder? I wonder why CBS didn't come out and issue an official apology DURING THE SHOW?

I guess it's just me who couldn't care less about Janet Jackson's breast on TV.

Actually, it was on her chest.

I'm not saying I'm a breast expert. But in my younger years (not that I'm old) I was a very busy young man and studied many a breast. In my opinion Janet Jackson did herself no favors with her little flick-a-la-tit. Not attractive in my opinion.

Timberlake & Jackson doing their stand-up grinding was also vulgar and slutty, IMHO.

The whole show was trashy, so sorry if I don't quite believe CBS and the NFL's pleas of innocence.

The freakin bastards knew about the Janet SHOCK and AWE venture!! Absolutely right, the NFL should consider some kind of punishment against them! If they don't, that tells me the NFL doesn't give a RATS A&& about families!

It's called "pushing the envelope," and they do it very deliberately. Each time, they go a little further. Or, you might remember Senator Moynihan's phrase, "defining deviancy down."

This is partly about ratings, but it's also partly about the desire of the perverts who run the entertainment industry to turn the whole country into perverts just like themselves, especially our children.

I want to be sarcastic and admit that I enjoyed the whole thing, but now that you remind me, he was also pretending to "hump" her from behind. I'm not sure why a lot of you get wound up about (partial) nudity but I think the simulated sex is over the line, and that's the main thing I don't want pushed on kids.

It was indecent!

Well, having seen my share over the years, hers was definitely less than decent.

But seriously, every time I turn on any network tv anymore all I hear is Queer this and sons-a-bitches and bast*rds. Now the FCC wants to let them use the seven deadly words (whatever they all are, I don't know).

It's only a matter of time before network stuff will be indistinguishable from Real Sex 24 on HBO.

What's the big deal? CBS has been exposing a 'boob' every night on the CBS Evening News for 20+ years...

I guess it's just me who couldn't care less about Janet Jackson's breast on TV. Way to much wasted bandwidth on this topic.

As someone who had company over to enjoy a chile party (including my mother and my daughter) I was embarrassed. It was bad enough watching the bumping and grinding and crotch grabbing, but when the breast came out I was stunned. CBS should be made to pay dearly for this.

No doll, the thing is, HOW in the hell do you explain to a child, who by the way has been waiting two weeks for the game, about a raunchy bimbo who decides to flip her boob in front of millions of viewers? I try so hard to keep my child away form crap like this and to let CBS and MTV hijack him in the middle of the game is DAMN outrages!!!

I don't especially get all the outrage. It's just a boobie, one of God's wonderous creations. The REAL outrage should be about how much the halftime show sucked. I'm glad MTV won't likely be producing another halftime show. That was one of the worst I've ever seen.

There were so many things wrong with the performances: the wearing of the American Flag by Kid Rock, the simulating "humping" by Timberlake and Jackson, the bared breast. I was even disturbed by AeroSmith and the Space Shuttle skit they did before the SB. If it was intended to honor the astronauts, and I sincerely doubt that it was, it came across in poor taste.
