Sports events are supposed to be FAMILY events.

Next we'll have strippers in Church!

Most homes were like your house yesterday. Families gathered with other families having superbowl parties. Even having chili and some homes enjoying a few beers (Though we didn't I know some do, and I have no problem with that). But who would EVER have imagined what happened?

It goes beyond any standard of acceptability. An apology isn't enough.

We need to stop this kind of thing NOW so your son's CAN watch football.

Janet Jackson EXPOSED HERSELF in PUBLIC to a lot of children. That is illegal. If you or I did that, we would be arrested.

A five member committee is investigating the lewd behavior of Jane Jackson & Justin Timberlake at the AOL sponsored Super Bowl half-time show.

She assured me that a live person on the committee would take the call.

I told her that AOL will suffer serious financial losses unless there are consequences for those responsible. And I am contemplating taking a loss of several thousand dollars in a stock sale.

Emails from Freepers who are AOL members and/or stockholders will be most effective but I urge everyone to email & Call ASAP.

Thanks for the addresses. I've sent several emails already today, and I'll be sending several more. I haven't turned the TV on today, but I sincerely hope that the news networks aren't showing it OVER and OVER again like the Britney/Madonna kiss. I suspect they are, though.

My response from the Houston District Attorney's office:

I concur with your outrage but the law in Texas does not criminalize the exposure of a woman's breast in public. The touching of the breast of another to gratify sexual desire is only specifically prohibited if the person touched is under the age of 17 years. I did not see the act, but as I understand the facts, Ms. Jackson could have filed an assault complaint. I do not know whether she has done so or not.

I'm fairly certain she has not filed an assault complaint.
