Nah!! She wants to be President, not a Chief Justice. A Chief Justice cannot write executive orders. No more campaigning, no more fundraising, she would devote all of her attention to rewriting our laws - for the rest of her life.

While that may be true .. think about this: As a Chief justice, in order to get the laws passed, she has to have a majority of the group on her side .. and that's not always a reasonable assumption. Also .. like I said .. as President she can RULE BY EXECUTIVE ORDER - AND CHANGE LAWS WITH THE STROKE OF HER PEN.
For a power hungry person .. which would you choose ..??

But don't Supreme Court justices still have to be confirmed by the Senate? If so, I can't imagine that happening after the Democrats' behavior regarding the nomination of Estrada, Pickering, etc.
