While that may be true .. think about this: As a Chief justice, in order to get the laws passed, she has to have a majority of the group on her side .. and that's not always a reasonable assumption. Also .. like I said .. as President she can RULE BY EXECUTIVE ORDER - AND CHANGE LAWS WITH THE STROKE OF HER PEN.
For a power hungry person .. which would you choose ..??

Yeah she wants to be president and eventually (shudder) secretary general of the UN after the Clintons have handed our soveriegnity over to them.
