The man is German and the crime was commited in Germany. The German court gave him an 8 1/2 year prison sentence.

They didn't have a problem with executing Jews, Hungarians and Poles who did nothing other than being born.

8 years? It is time to destroy and occupy Germany again. They have proven they are not a civilized nation.

I'm going to butcher this (no pun intended), but here goes.

I remember reading the account of some traveler (20th century) who upon arriving noticed that all the men (military context) smoked constantly. When he asked a veteran why, he was told that the locals were cannibals but they didn't like the taste of meat from smokers. Being seen to smoke was thought to reduce the chances that one would end up in a native stew pot.
