Speedy LowCarb Butternut Squash Casserole

Fluffy Butter Elect Bush Frosting

Ingredients:
4 T. Butter
1 1/2 C. confectioner's sugar
2 egg whites

Instructions:
Cream the butter until light. Gradually add 1/2 cup of sugar; set aside. Beat the egg whites until foamy, slowly add the remaining cup of sugar and continue to beat until stiff. Combine the two mixtures and blend. Add more sugar if necessary to make the frosting thick enough to spread. You will have enough to fill and frost an 8 or 9 inch 2-layer cake.

I used this recipe with Steel's Powdered Nature Sweet, Multitol Sugarfree Sweetener to frost an Applesauce cake and it turned out real good. I think it would be a good filler for puff pastry as well. It is 2g per teaspoon
